How i want to look today!

As the sales has slowly begun, so has the previews of the forthcoming season on numerous webshops around the world. One of them, Antonioli, have a lot of the brands that i love and the coming season looks like a really strong one from Antonioli. I have put together a look that i could easily see myself wearing for the coming fall/winter season. Augusta and Lost & Found - easy and strong look!

Inspirational collection: Boris Bidjan Saberi SS11

An unquestionable favorite of mine, Boris Bidjan Saberi, half persian-half german, has since the launch of his own label in 2008 been renowned for his exceptional mix between not only his middle eastern roots, but also his hip hop background and as well as his admiration for urban street culture all mixed up in a dark, nomadic universe which i am deeply drawn towards! This collection in particular showcase the best of the Boris Bidjan-universe. All hand crafted in preferably natural materials and leathers, silver sterling and industrial metals this collection manifests his great talent of deconstructing the human form, layering of different materials and use assymetrical cuts in a highly ethnically inspired universe. The ethnical element is underlined even further in this collection by the casting of ethnic looking models, the great headpieces and the overall styling, which gives us a great, light and floating middle eastern feeling. To this day, this 2011 collection is still amongst my favorites of all time as it is the most powerful manifestation of the Boris Bidjan universe in my opinion.
