Berlin day 3,4 and 5

After two hard first days we went down in speed meaning we spent most of wednesday in our own area visiting great shops such as Harvey's, TheCornerBerlin and Purple Phoenix looking for mostly girl's stuff for my lovely girlfriend! Eventually i was once again the one buying as i got a great deal on a pair of lovely Layer-0 shoes which unusually for me are in a red tone (considering coloring them all black). We finished the day by eating at a great chinese restaurant called "Good Friends" and relaxing in the hotel. Thursday we spent even more time looking for clothes for my girlfriend which lead us to the ever amazing Voo store, where she bought a pair of crazy Silent sandals, back to Ulf Haines where she bought a Silent knit and a pair of Helmut Lang trousers, before we ended the day in Cos where she bought a great classic white shirt! Friday i picked up my newly bought shoes from the cobbler, my girlfriend bougt yet a pair of shoes and then we took a last look into our favorite stores in the area and a small trip to the area around torstrasse before heading home late friday night!

Day 4-5:

Berlin day one and two!

After arriving late sunday and just relaxing the rest of that day we felt like going through the city on monday. Unfortunately, but off course, the shops were closed monday due to easter so we went to the big and renowned Zoo of Berlin! Both of us hadn't been to the Zoo for ages so it was actually a very pleasant experience. Also the weather was quite good, so we ended up having a great time enjoying ourselves with all the animals! The evening was spent accompanied by one of my oldest and dearest friends and his girlfriend who recently moved here. Beer and greasy American styled burgers pretty much sums up the feeling of that cosy evening! Tuesday we started out at my number one reason for wanting to go to Berlin in the first place, Darklands, where we spent close to two hours chatting with the staff and trying on clothes! I also ended up buying one of my biggest grails of all time - i will let you know what later, and off course show it to you! The rest of the day was spent walking around visiting some of our other Berlin favorites such as Ulf Haines and Apartment! Now i will just leave you with a whole lot of images from the first two days in Berlin. More to come!
